Creating a DFStudio Password:

On your first login to DFStudio, you will be prompted to create a password. Passwords must be between 8 and 20 characters in length, contain at least 1 number or symbol and may not contain dictionary words or your login.

DFStudio does not allow dictionary words in passwords, because passwords containing dictionary words are among the easiest to crack.

One method that users have had success with is replacing letters of a word with numbers or characters:
A = @
E = 3
I or L = 1
O = 0
S = $ or 5
Z = 2

Changing Your DFStudio Password:

To change your password, log into your account and click on ‘My Info’ in the bottom right corner. Under ‘My Password’ enter your current password in the first box, followed by your new password in the second and third boxes. Then click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.

To reset your password, visit http://studio.dfstudio.com/ and click on ‘Have you forgotten your password?’ You will be directed to a page asking for your Login Name, Account (for Standard accounts, this is identical to Login Name), and Email address:

After you fill in the fields and click ‘Reset Password’ you will recieve an email with a link to a page where you can enter and confirm a new password (see ‘Creating a DFStudio Password’ above). You may then resume using DFStudio.
